FONDEYUR, S.L., a company engaged in the business of cold forming and polishing of dished ends, was born with the clear objective of offering a service of Precision, Quality and Customer Service. Currently, aware of the importance of meeting the expectations of its customers, it has been equipped with a Quality Management System, described in the Management Manual and developed in its Procedures, in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015.

The Management expresses its fundamental commitment to enhance quality management in FONDEYUR, S.L., for which the following policy has been established:

The ultimate goal of quality is the optimization of resources, with the lowest costs to obtain the highest productive performance. It is based on the participation of all members of the organization to achieve customers´ satisfaction and benefits for the members of the organization and the society.

The company management will promote the necessary improvements to obtain quality objectives.

The fulfillment of the requirements of the clients is not only the consequence of the controls, but also of a correct and exhaustive planning, execution and audit.

An adequate management of quality could only be guaranteed by a permanent compliance with the requirements, both legal and regulatory, and those assumed by the organization.

The company Management is susceptible to continuous improvement. Failures, both of quality and incidents and accidents, should be used to learn and eliminate the sources or causes that have generated them.

Quality requires collaboration and participation at all levels, and for this, information, communication and training are essential.

All the staff must accept the commitment to improve as much as possible within the field of their job.

The company Management, through the Training Plan, ensures that its Quality Policy is understood and accepted by all the staff; and with the help of internal audits, it verifies that the implemented Management System maintains its efficiency and adequacy.
